By accessing and using SpeedySure's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
SpeedySure provides motor insurance coverage as specified in your policy documentation. Coverage types include:
Your policy becomes active immediately upon payment confirmation. You agree to pay the premium amount as quoted and to keep your payment details up to date. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in policy suspension or cancellation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when obtaining a quote and purchasing insurance. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in your policy being voided and claims being denied. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your coverage.
In the event of an incident, you must notify SpeedySure as soon as reasonably possible. Claims should be filed through your online dashboard with all relevant documentation. We reserve the right to investigate all claims and may request additional information. False or fraudulent claims will result in policy cancellation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You may cancel your policy at any time:
Premium amounts are calculated based on various risk factors and may be adjusted at renewal. Factors affecting your premium include your driving history, claims history, vehicle details, and no-claims bonus. We will notify you of any premium changes at least 21 days before your renewal date.
If you have selected compound release insurance as an optional add-on, this coverage assists with vehicle recovery from impound facilities. This add-on is charged at £30 per month and requires a minimum policy duration of 1 month. This coverage is only available with comprehensive insurance policies.
Your policy covers use of the vehicle as specified in your Certificate of Motor Insurance. You must ensure that all drivers of the insured vehicle hold a valid driving licence and are authorized under your policy. The vehicle must be maintained in roadworthy condition and meet all legal requirements.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to this collection and processing. We may share your information with underwriters, claims handlers, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary.
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service team at support@speedysure.co.uk or call 0800 123 4567. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a full response within 8 weeks. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
